It doesn’t matter how much weight a client can lift or press if they are doing it incorrectly and with bad form. Practicing correct form helps to prevent injury and promotes long term success. It is imperative that correct movement and range of motion be the KEY element in the initial process of educating the client and working toward their goals.

By definition, a personal trainer is that external force that introduces a change, either by helping to motivate their client to take action or by changing up their regular workout routine.
