#2 Take short walks with co-workers
If you work in an office, most of your day is probably spent working at a desk, which means countless hours spent sitting in a cushy chair. Set a specific time each day to get up from the desk, walk around and regenerate yourself. All it takes is 5-10 minutes! If you have a specified time for your taking lunch break, don't spend it surfing the internet or social media apps. Eat and then use the time left to go for a short walk around the building or parking lot. Invite your office buddies along for the walk and make it even more fun!
