What's the biggest fitness mistake?

The biggest fitness mistake I see people make in the gym is not focusing on contracting the muscle. Instead, people think too much about moving the weight from one point to another. To achieve the highest results, it's essential to concentrate on contracting and squeezing the muscle being worked in every repetition performed.
